LABOR LAW

We have demonstrated a long-term commitment to organized labor. Our attorneys are experienced in the collective bargaining process, including contract negotiations and grievance arbitration. When necessary, we bring our experience in resolving labor disputes to court.

Our labor attorneys negotiated the project agreements resulting in the uninterrupted construction of two of Cleveland's largest projects: Tower City and the Key Tower.

In 1993, through the efforts of our labor attorneys, an arbitrator upheld an agreement negotiated between the Cuyahoga County Regional Transit Authority (RTA) and the Amalgamated Transit Workers Union Local #268, AFL-CIO, which provided members greatly enhanced benefits and salaries.

We explore employment issues every day. Discrimination due to age, gender, or physical disability have always been matters of great concern to our attorneys. We continue to successfully represent people who have suffered discrimination and other injustices from employers who fail to comply with the law.
